About Placing an Order


Can I order by telephone?


                Yes.  You can reach us at toll free at 800 233-3541 or (916) 391-1836.  A representative is available M-F from 8AM until 5PM Pacific Time.

Can I order by fax?


            Yes.   You may also order by fax or mail with our Print 'n Fax Form


Are your posters available elsewhere?  In retail stores, for example?  Bookstores?

It seems I have seen them somewhere…


            No, not really.  Oh, they have, for some time now,  been available in a handful of stores throughout the county…at Deville Books on the Riverwalk in New Orleans, for example, but this is certainly an exception to the rule.  For the most part, we are your “sole source”—(what we like to call your “soul source!”)—for these one-of-a-kind products.


Is it possible to bill me for my order?


            Yes.  We can bill you in certain cases.  All Internet orders, however, must be charged by credit card.  Orders involving school district P.O.’s, or business or institution   invoices should be mailed directly to us.  Mail your order to:  Aim for Eleven (or) ProTeach Publications, Attn:  Ordering,  P.O. Regarding the posters, is it true you discount for quantity?


            Yes.  In most cases, we provide an “automatic” 20 % discount on quantities of 20 or more of a particular poster, card, etc.  For example, say you are interested in ordering “The Power to Teach” poster to award to 48 teachers in your school or school district.  On quantities of 20 or more, we drop the price from $4.99 each to $3.47—a full 20%.  And we discount by more than 20 % for exceptionally large orders.  Call with specific inquiries and we’ll give you a quote.


Do you provide a discount for quantity on your CDs?


            Yes.  Many schools and other organizations have expressed interest in using “What Happened to Love” as a fund-raiser.  We offer a plan wherein, with very little work, your organization can realize a $5 profit from each and every unit sold.  Please call for details.


I know in the past that your posters were available “dry-mounted” on a foam backing board?  Are they still?


            Sorry, no.  (We learned that it was absolutely cost-prohibitive to ship our posters safely in this manner.)


I see you ship posters “rolled” or “flat.”  What does this mean?


            Tell us you want your posters “rolled” and we will roll each poster inside clear protective plastic sleeves.   In this manner, posters are attractively wrapped and ready to present to teachers.


            Or tell us you want them “flat” and we bulk-roll all of the posters in a heavy tube for shipment to you.  Upon receipt, you open the tube, remove the posters, and lay them out flat—ready to frame (many of our posters are of conventional frame size, i.e. 18x24, 24x36), ready to custom frame, ready to dry-mount, or ready to place immediately on a bulletin board.


            We customize to meet your need.  If you want some rolled and some flat, just tell us!  At any rate, be certain you specify whether you want your posters delivered “rolled” or “flat.”


How can I receive information regarding the status of my order?

When can I expect to receive my order?


            We ship within 7-10 days of receipt of your order. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground service, with receipt 5-7 business days following pick-up.  For expedited delivery select the Express Shipping option for Next Day Air, Second Day Air or other options.


What will I be charged for shipping?


            We charge a flat rate of 10% for shipping on most orders within the continental United States.   Call or e-mail us for questions regarding Express Shipping and/or service to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and elsewhere throughout the world.    


Is it safe to use my credit card when placing my order?


            Yes.  Our website relies on the latest encryption technology, digital certificates, secure servers and authentication to ensure that your personal information is secure online. 


Do you guarantee your products?


            Yes.  Our guarantee is exceedingly simple and straightforward.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right by accepting your return for replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever you prefer.  Simply call or e-mail us within two weeks of receiving your order. 


I would like to receive a catalog.  Is one available?  Is there a charge?

I am a school leader…program director…school principal.  Is it possible for you to send me 10 or more catalogs to share with department heads, etc.?


            Certainly.   Send your request via conventional mail  or fax to (413) 502-0342 using company/school letterhead.
